These terms govern your use of recipecare.pro and the services provided by Lumessa Interiors Sdn. Bhd.. By using this website or engaging us, you agree to them.

Quotations

Prices shared through the website or by email are estimates until confirmed by a written quotation following a site survey. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and assume reasonable site access.

Orders & deposits

Because each membrane is manufactured to your exact dimensions, work begins only after a signed quotation and any agreed deposit are received. The deposit secures your production slot and material.

Installation

You agree to provide safe, cleared access to the installation area at the scheduled time. Where existing structures, wiring or fixtures require modification, this may affect timing and cost and will be discussed with you in advance.

Warranty

Our membranes carry a 15-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. The warranty excludes damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorised alterations or extreme conditions. Full warranty terms are provided with your project documents.

Liability

We take care to deliver our work to a high standard. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images and design — belongs to Lumessa Interiors Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
